AASHTO R 76 – Standard Method of Test for Reducing Samples of Aggregate to Testing Size (ASTM C702/C702M-11)

AASHTO R 76-16 (2020) cover the reduction of large samples of aggregate to the appropriate size for testing employing techniques that are intended to minimize variations in measured characteristics between the test samples so selected and the large sample.

This standard was formerly designated as test method T 248.
