AS 4090 – Whole blood – Determination of lead content – Graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometric method

Sets out the method for the determination of lead in venous and capillary blood using graphite furnace atomic spectrometry. The method is suitable for blood with lead content in the range of 0.25 µmol/L to 6.0 µmol/L.
