AS 3699 – Information labelling of power audio amplifiers

Specifies a method of measurement based on total harmonic distortion of an audio amplifier under normal working conditions resulting in a single power output rating which may be reported on a label attached to the amplifier to enable comparison of amplifiers by the consumer for the stated purpose. It does not specify completely the performance of any amplifier.
