AS N30 – Cyanide pest destroyers

Specifies minimum cyanide content for cyanide-based pest destroyers, including sodium cyanide, calcium cyanide fumigant, cyanide fumigant mixtures for rabbit destruction, and stabilized hydrocyanic acid. Appendices give the sampling procedure for each, and procedures for the determination of cyanide content and of fineness. Detailed information relating to safety precautions in the handling of cyanide destroyers and to first-aid treatment for cyanide poisoning is included.
