AS/NZS 4499.3 – Protective headgear for cricket, Part 3: Faceguards
Specifies requirements for faceguards to be attached to cricket helmets to mitigate the effects of a blow to the face by a cricket ball. Includes construction, testing and labelling requirements. Faceguards complying with this Standard are not intended to protect wearers against a severe blow from a cricket bat.
