SMPTE RP 227 – VC-1 Bitstream Transport Encodings

This document describes the protocols for carrying video elementary streams conforming to the SMPTE VC-1 Simple, Main and Advanced Profile over MPEG-2 Transport Streams and MPEG-2 Program Streams. This document does not describe the video bitstream syntax. It describes the encapsulation and signaling of the video bitstream using the respective transport protocols.
